Titanmar
We have met Titan Mar in the summer of 2008 and signed a contract in September, after winning a 5-agency pitch. More info on this moment HERE (Romanian).
BEFORE
By the end of the year we have re-named (slightly) and re-branded the company (a leader on the imported stone market, but with a weak approach to marketing).
AFTER
Our work included, besides the re-branding job, a strong internal communication and induction program (see ID of the internal magazine), re-designing the corporate communication and PR assistance during the first 4 months, dealing with re-locating the big company to new headquarters and some crisis PR.
Being heavily affected by the shrinking of the real estate market, the project was put in stand by.
